New Year, New You
Happy New Year (a little late I know)! Who is excited for 2018 and all it has in store✋? I have started out my year with 5 less inches of hair! It was a super fun change and it takes 1/4 the time to do my hair now, which is a huge win in my book! We also are fostering a puppy which is more exhausting than I remember 😪. Harlow is 8 years old so I was a young whippersnapper when I got her and I just can't seem to keep up with this new little one. Luckily she tires herself out without much help lol.
Do you have anything big planned for this year? Maybe some of you are getting married, graduating college, moving, changing jobs, having babies, starting a business. No matter what you do or face this year, I pray you feel the presence of God with you. I also pray that you all succeed at everything you do! Know that God is on your side, but don't get discouraged if things don't turn out how you were expecting them to.
I am a firm believer that everything happens for a reason and if one door shuts it's not meant to discourage us. It just means that wasn't the right door and God will guide us to the ones he opens for us. We just have to be willing to be patient and allow him to lead us. Easier said than done, right?!
I'm so excited for 2018, everything that it will bring, and for the opportunity to grow this blog! Again, I can't say enough how greatful I am for every single person that reads what I write! It means so much to have support from all of you! So stick around, the best is yet to come 😉.
