Meatball Monday
I figured we would start out this journey with a tasty post. Everyone loves spaghetti and it is a quick go-to dinner during the week, but it can get kind of boring. Adding meatballs would be a great way to jazz up your weeknight meal. This recipe is quick, simple, and oh so good!
Ingredients:
- 1lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 large eggs
- 1 dash black pepper
- 1 dash salt
- 3 tbsps olive oil
- 2 tbsps worcestershire sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsps parsley (fresh or dried)/ or 1 tbsp italian seasonings
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350°F
2. Drizzle olive oil on baking sheet until completely coated
3. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a bowl
4. Use you hands to mix all the ingredients together (really get in there)
5. Form the meat mixture into small round balls
6. Place the meatballs on the oiled baking sheet
7. Bake for 20 minutes
8. Put on top of spaghetti and enjoy!
